4m Offshore
Office Container
Offshore platforms near Abu Dhabi and Fujairah run on tight deck space and tighter safety rules. This 4m unit is built to fit both. Galvanised steel resists Gulf salt air. Rock wool insulation meets offshore fire ratings.
DNV 2.7-1 certified lift lugs pass ADNOC crane inspection on arrival. We build it at our Sharjah yard and deliver it road-ready to Mina Zayed Port, Hamriyah Port, or Port of Fujairah.

A 4m Offshore Office Built and Certified
for UAE Oil and Gas Sites
Offshore platform managers in the Abu Dhabi offshore zone, from Umm Al Dalkh to the Lower Zakum field, deal with two problems on every project. Deck space is limited. Safety compliance is non-negotiable.
A standard 20ft container does not fit in most offshore deck allocations. A container without DNV certification does not pass ADNOC's pre-mobilisation inspection. This 4m unit solves both problems. It is built at our Sharjah fabrication yard, certified by a third-party inspection body, and delivered to the marshalling yard of your choice before offshore loading.
EPC contractors working ZADCO, ADMA-OPCO, and ADNOC Offshore projects have used this exact unit for field engineer offices and HSE supervisor stations on restricted deck sections.
Hot-Dip Galvanised Steel Shell
The unit is built from 4mm welded steel plate and fully hot-dip galvanised after fabrication. Galvanising bonds zinc into the steel surface at a molecular level. Painted containers corrode within 18 months in the Gulf's salt-heavy marine air. This unit will not. It is the correct treatment for anything going offshore near Abu Dhabi or Fujairah.
DNV 2.7-1 Certified Lift Lugs
Four top-corner lifting lugs are welded, load-tested, and certified to DNV 2.7-1 standard. Each lug carries a safe working load stamp. ADNOC and most offshore operators in the UAE require DNV lift certification before any container goes on a crane or vessel deck. We issue the full lift certificate pack before delivery to port.
Rock Wool Insulation and 24V Safe Lighting
Internal walls use 50mm rock wool insulation board. Rock wool is fire-resistant, offshore safety regulations require it in classified areas near wellheads and process equipment. Lighting runs on 24V LED, rated safe for hazardous zones. The AC unit is a 9,000 BTU split system wired for offshore power supply standards.
Who Uses This Container and Where It Goes
We build, certify, and deliver to port. The offshore operator handles vessel loading and platform placement. That is the standard split for every offshore container project we handle from our SICD yard in Sharjah.
Oil and Gas Operators Abu Dhabi Offshore
EPC contractors on ZADCO, ADMA-OPCO, and Zakum Development Company projects use this unit for field engineer offices and HSE supervisor stations. The unit fits standard restricted deck sections on platforms in the Lower Zakum, Umm Shaif, and Satah fields without blocking walkways or equipment access points.
Marine Service Companies Hamriyah and Fujairah
Vessel support teams and marine service companies operating out of Hamriyah Port Free Zone in Sharjah and the Port of Fujairah use similar 4m units for crew supervisor offices and safety equipment staging. We deliver road-ready to both ports. Port crane loading to supply vessels happens the same day in most cases.
Drilling Contractors Rig Supply and Mobilisation
Drilling contractors mobilising rigs in the Abu Dhabi offshore zone need certified equipment staged and ready before vessel departure. This unit goes into the marshalling yard at Mina Zayed Port or Khalifa Port days before offshore loading. It clears port inspection without corrective action requests because all paperwork, lift cert, condition report, ADNOC checklist, ships with the unit.
